02 Nov 2026 in

The Little Rock Touchdown Club is bringing a star-studded lineup of football legends to Arkansas this November, with four speakers whose careers span college football’s biggest stages, the NFL and beyond. From the University of Central Arkansas Hall of Famer and college football coach Nathan Brown and former Razorback and Arkansas Sports Hall of Famer Kevin Scanlon to 13-time Emmy Award-winning producer Lance Barrow to College Football Hall of Famer and two-time All-American Matt Stinchcomb, each week offers fans a chance to hear firsthand from some of the game’s most accomplished figures. Arkansas TV’s Arkansas Live will bring those conversations directly to viewers across the state through livestreams throughout the month.

Monday, Nov. 2 – Nathan Brown

Nathan Brown was named the 20th head football coach at the University of Central Arkansas in December 2017 after serving four seasons as the Bears’ offensive coordinator. As head coach, Brown led UCA to two conference championships, including a share of the 2022 ASUN title, and an FCS playoff appearance in 2019. Prior to starting his coaching career, Brown established himself as the most prolific quarterback in program history, earning three All-America selections and throwing for 10,558 yards and 100 touchdowns from 2005–08. He was named Southland Conference Offensive Player of the Year in 2007 and Player of the Year in 2008, when he was also a finalist for the Walter Payton Award. Brown finished his playing career as UCA’s record holder in career passing yards and touchdowns and became the program’s first player in the NCAA Division I era to receive an invitation to the Senior Bowl.

Monday, Nov. 9 – Kevin Scanlon *Previously announced as Frank Ragnow

Former Arkansas quarterback Kevin Scanlon is somewhat of a Razorbacks legend. The two-year letterman, Arkansas Sports Hall of Fame and University of Arkansas Hall of Famer led the Razorbacks to a Southwest Conference Championship and an appearance at the 1980 Sugar Bowl against legendary Alabama coach Paul “Bear” Bryant and his undefeated Crimson Tide. In 1979, Scanlon set the single-season completion percentage record at the University of Arkansas, completing 66% of his passes. That record stood for 41 years until Feleipe Franks broke Scanlon’s record in 2020. During his time at Arkansas, Scanlon received Conference Player of the Year, Offensive Player of the Year, All-Southwest Conference Quarterback and All-American honors.

Monday, Nov. 16 – Lance Barrow

Few producers have shaped sports television like Lance Barrow, whose more than four decades at CBS Sports helped define how generations of fans experienced some of the biggest moments in sports. He took over the network’s golf production in 1997, following longtime mentor Frank Chirkinian, and guided its Masters coverage through 2020. Barrow also played a pivotal role in CBS’s NFL broadcasts, serving as lead game producer from 2004 to 2017 and overseeing four Super Bowl broadcasts. His work across the industry earned him 13 Emmy Awards and extended to major events including the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament, Olympic Winter Games, Daytona 500 and US Open tennis. Whether showcasing golf’s most unforgettable moments or bringing the NFL’s biggest stars into living rooms nationwide, Barrow helped establish a lasting standard for sports broadcasting.

Monday, Nov. 23 – Matt Stinchcomb

A former NFL offensive lineman and decorated University of Georgia standout, Matt Stinchcomb has built a successful second career as a college football analyst with ESPN, joining the network in 2009. He contributes to SEC Network game coverage and studio shows, bringing firsthand experience from eight professional seasons with the Oakland Raiders and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, including an appearance in Super Bowl XXXVII. His collegiate career earned him consensus All-America recognition, numerous academic honors and a place in the College Football Hall of Fame. Away from the broadcast booth, Stinchcomb is a partner at Sterling Seacrest Partners and co-founded the Stinchcomb Family Foundation to support children’s charitable organizations. He also serves in leadership and advisory roles with several community-focused organizations, continuing his commitment to education, philanthropy and service.
