Arkansas Latino Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony
Friday, March 6, 7 p.m.
The Arkansas Latino Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony is an annual celebration that transcends cultural boundaries, becoming a hallmark event that not only pays homage to the outstanding accomplishments of Latino leaders but also acts as a bridge, connecting communities and forging lasting connections. It aspires to foster an environment where everyone, regardless of background, can join in the celebration of cultural richness and collective success.
The Arkansas Latino Hall of Fame depends on members of the public to nominate extraordinary Latinos for induction. Nominations are accepted from organizations or individuals throughout the state.

Arkansas Governor’s Arts Awards
Friday, March 13, 12:30 p.m.
Established in 1991, the annual Arkansas Governor's Arts Awards program recognizes Arkansas artists, arts patrons, arts educators, arts organizations and businesses for their outstanding contributions to the arts community.
Recipients are nominated by the public, then selected by an independent panel of arts professionals from around the state. The Arkansas Governor’s Arts Awards are presented by the Arkansas Arts Council, an agency of Arkansas Heritage, division of the Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism.

Winthrop Rockefeller Distinguished Lecture Series
Tuesday, March 17, 9 a.m.
The Winthrop Rockefeller Distinguished Lecture Series is designed to engage students, faculty, industry professionals and policymakers from across the state and region whose work intersects with agriculture, trade and international affairs. Speakers this year include keynote speaker Deputy Secretary of the U.S. Department of Agriculture Judge Stephen Alexander Vaden;
Principal, Sower Strategies LLC Ambassador Darci Vetter and Professor and Blasingame Chair of Excellence in Agricultural Policy at the University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture Dr. Andrew Muhammad.
Since its establishment in 1972, the Winthrop Rockefeller Distinguished Lecture Series (WRDLS) has brought preeminent speakers to University of Arkansas campuses to stimulate public discussion, inspire researchers and students and provide insight on compelling topics.
