With deep roots in music and Ozark tradition, it’s easy to see why so many visitors are drawn to the small town of Mountain View. Nestled in the Ozark Mountains, the town is certainly worth visiting. Whether you enjoy nature, festivals, music or craftsmanship, there’s no shortage of ways to experience the "Folk Music Capital of the World". Here are 10 things to do during your visit.
1. Trout Fishing at White River
If you’re looking to experience the natural beauty that defines our state, White River is the perfect place to start. Famous for its clear trout waters, it is a great spot for anyone looking to spend a day fishing or boating.
