Nearly 250 years after the American Revolution transformed the world, its questions and lessons continue to shape conversations about leadership, citizenship and the American experience.

In “Revolutionary Reflections with Rick Atkinson,” airing Tuesday, July 14, at 6:30 p.m. on Arkansas TV, Pulitzer Prize-winning historian and author Rick Atkinson joins “Arkansas Week” host Steve Barnes for a thoughtful discussion about the Revolution, the people behind America’s founding and why that history remains relevant today.

About the Author: Olivia Bryant is a born and raised Arkansas native. She graduated as a marketing student at the University of Central Arkansas in May 2026. Olivia grew up learning to cook at home with her family, and she completed the culinary arts program at Conway High School in 2022. She considers herself a foodie and a home chef!

The “Arkansas Quiz Bowl 2026” state champions have been crowned in the state finals held at Arkansas TV on Saturday, April 25, and we’re proud to celebrate these outstanding young scholars!
